P.T.V. Programmazioni Televisive è la società che gestisce Primocanale, la Tv regionale leader in Liguria (dati Auditel).

Nata nel gennaio 1982, Primocanale ha nell’informazione il suo punto di forza.

Prima, tra le emittenti locali italiane, che ha saputo rinunciare alle televendite per poter assolvere, senza interruzioni, al ruolo di televisione ALL NEWS regionale.

Primocanale diffonde il suo segnale in tutta la Liguria e nella provincia di Massa grazie a una efficiente e capillare rete di oltre 150 ripetitori tra ponti e transiti di servizio.

Dal Settembre del 2004 Primocanale trasmette in SIMUL CAST, ovvero contemporaneamente sia in analogico sia in digitale sperimentando, sin d’ora, le possibilità offerte dalla Tv di domani.

La PTV è oggi società di comunicazione multimediale che non và certamente più vista solo come la proprietaria di Primocanale.

L’attività televisiva rimane la sua "mission" primaria, ma l’evoluzione tecnologica ha portato il suo management a concepire una nuova filiera della gestione delle notizie nonché della produzione e della gestione del materiale audiovisivo redazionale e pubblicitario.

P.T.V. Programmazioni Televisive is a society who runs Primocanale; leader in the viewing figures among all the regional television networks in Liguria.

Born in January 1982, Primocanale finds its strength in giving information.

It is the first Italian network that renounced home shopping programs, to be able to acquit, without interruptions, a role of regional ALL NEWS television.

Primocanale diffuses its signal in all of the Liguria region and in the province of Massa, due to its efficient and capillary network of more than 150 repeaters between bridges and service transits.

From September 2004 Primocanale broadcasts in "simulcast"; On cable television systems, analog-digital simulcasting (ADS) means that analog channels are duplicated as digital subchannels. Digital tuners are programmed to use the digital subchannel instead of the analog. This gives us many possibilities that will be offered by tomorrows television.

The PTV is today a multimedia communication society that is not to be seen as just the manager of Primocanale. Its main activity remains television broadcasting, but the technological evolution has brought its management to conceive a new conception of management, of news, of production, and the management of audiovisual editorial and advertising materials.
